Starting off the series is the Buffalo Bills. Last year, the Bills finished 10-6 in the regular season earning them a wild card spot. In the first round of the playoffs, they lost to the Houston Texans 22-19 in overtime after blowing a 16-0 lead in the third quarter. Below is my regular season prediction for the Bills.
Week 1: vs. New York Jets - win Week 2: @ Miami Dolphins - win Week 3: vs. Los Angeles Rams - win Week 4: @ Las Vegas Raiders - win Week 5: @ Tennessee Titans - loss Week 6: vs. Kansas City Chiefs - loss Week 7: @ New York Jets - win Week 8: vs. New England Patriots - win Week 9: vs. Seattle Seahawks - win Week 10: @ Arizona Cardinals - loss Week 11: Bye Week Week 12: vs. Los Angeles Chargers - win Week 13: @ San Francisco 49ers - loss Week 14: vs. Pittsburgh Steelers - win Week 15: @ Denver Broncos - loss Week 16: @ New England Patriots - win Week 17: vs. Miami Dolphins - win
I think the Bills will have a very strong year given that they're in a very weak division. Although it is unlikely that the Bills sweep their division, I can't see the Patriots, Dolphins, or Jets beating them even when those teams are home. Therefore, I think the Bills will go 11-5. One of the most exciting matchups to watch this year is when the Bills take on the Titans. These two teams were both wild cards last year and I think they will both win their divisions this year. This should be a very physical game and I think the the Titans will win by less than a possession. Another game I think will be a very fun one to watch is the Bills @ Patriots in week 16. Both of these teams have top notch defenses and although the Bills are a much better team, I think the Pats will give them a good game. The Bills haven't one in New England since 2016 when Jacoby Brissett was quarterbacking the Pats but that will change this year. Bills win in a very tough game.
