Green Bay Packers Season Outlook

The Packers were the least talked about 13-3 team in NFL history. I don't know how to measure how much they were talked about but it seemed as if absolutely nobody cared that they were 13-3 and earned a bye in the NFC. Everybody was focusing on the 49ers, Saints, and even Seahawks who the Packers beat in the divisional round of the playoffs. However, the Packers would lose the NFC Conference Championship to the 49ers. Anyway, I think the Packers will be a pretty under the radar like team again. Aaron Rodgers has a lot of motivation as the Packers drafted a quarterback (Jordan Love) in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. I think Rodgers is very offended and will use it as fuel to have another great season. Below is my regular season prediction for the Green Bay Packers.

Week 1: @ Minnesota Vikings - loss

Week 2: vs. Detroit Lions - win

Week 3: @ New Orleans Saints - loss

Week 4: vs. Atlanta Falcons - win

Week 5: Bye Week

Week 6: @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers - loss

Week 7: @ Houston Texans - win

Week 8: vs. Minnesota Vikings - win

Week 9: @ San Francisco 49ers - loss

Week 10: vs Jacksonville Jaguars - win

Week 11: @ Indianapolis Colts - win

Week 12: vs. Chicago Bears - win

Week 13: vs. Philadelphia Eagles - win

Week 14: @ Detroit Lions - win

Week 15: vs. Carolina Panthers - loss

Week 16: vs. Tennessee Titans - win

Week 17: @ Chicago Bears - win

I have the Packers finishing 11-5 which will most likely earn them the division title if not definitely a wild card spot. The packers will sweep the AFC South in what should be three very tight games and then the Jaguars. In week three the Packers visit the Saints. Brees and Rodgers always put on a show and although the Saints have a much better team, I think Rodgers and the Packers will give them a good test in a high scoring win for the Saints. A big win for the Packers comes in week eight against their division rivals in the Vikings. After losing to the Vikings on the road in week one, the Packers are destined to get revenge and I think they'll win at home by double digits.

*At the end of this series, once I have gone through every team, I will give my playoff predictions as well as season awards.*
