Summer Camp Baseball is Fake

Every sports fan has been bored out of their mind the past four months with almost every professional sports league going on a hiatus for some period of time. Well in America, the MLB is starting their season this Thursday, the NBA is returning next Thursday and then the NHL is returning next Saturday. Sports gamblers finally have real sports to gamble on instead of Russian Table Tennis, Korean Baseball, and Madden simulations. Anyway, Summer Camp Baseball games started this past Saturday and this was the first taste for gamblers of what it feels like to bet on real sports again. However, Summer Camp Baseball is not Major League Baseball. I don't know what you call it but it's fake. Imagine, betting on the Yankees to score no runs in the fifth inning today against the Phillies. Well you would be happy because Gardner flied out to start off the inning, Urshela singled but then LeMahieu grounded out into a double play. Three outs and you win your bet. As always, in between every half inning there is a commercial break. But wait, when the commercial break ends they show Aaron Judge rounding the bases. Wait what happened? Phillies starting pitcher didn't get to the pitch count he wanted so they decided to give the Yankees one more batter despite getting three outs already. And of course Aaron Judge hits a dinger. And yes you lose your bet.

I mean I just can't believe that these games are able to be bet on when they make up their own rules while playing. Another rule broken during this game was that DJ Lemahieu got to stay in the lineup but didn't have to play in the field. Basically, the Yankees had two DH's. In addition, the game ended in a tie. This is not baseball. I don't know what else to say except that I'll be releasing my full MLB season outlook Wednesday night which will include division winners, wild cards, prediction for every postseason series and awards for the year. Good night everyone.
